The Develomentor Podcast

The Develomentor podcast, hosted by Grant Ingersoll, recorded 130+ episodes between 2019 and 2022. The premise was simple: most of the people doing serious work in technology did not arrive on a straight line, and the honest version of how they got there is usually more useful than the polished version.

Guests ranged from co-founders of Siri and senior researchers in natural language processing to chaos engineers, security specialists, product leaders, technology analysts, and engineers who came into the field through bootcamps, music, lumberjacking, and other unlikely on-ramps. The shared thread was depth — extended conversations with practitioners about how they think and how they work, not soundbites.

Develomentor was incorporated in 2018 as a side project, and the podcast launched the following year alongside that early work. When the firm went full-time in 2022, the show wound down — but the curiosity and the network behind it still inform the work we take on today.
